That doesn't mean Safari is not working, that likely means the site doesn't meet Apple's security requirements or some such.

Try a different browser, I like Firefox but there are others.

What version of Safari? That site opens without issue for me on Safari 14 under macOS 10.14.

Are you running any anti-virus or so-called "cleaning" software?

Are you running more than one ad blocker?
