App Store credit
Ive tried making in app purchases but it keeps saying this.
I believe it’s because I’m in a different country/Region but I can’t change it because I have credits, Does anyone know how to fix this?

Contact Apple as described above, or spend it on something other than an in-app purchase; for some reason, that particular error message almost never appears for other types of content.

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:

Ive tried to spend it on other games but it says the same thing. The weird part is that i tried on roblox (just cuz) and I could buy the monthly subscription but not actual robux(i got the robux after this pic)
The thing is that I wanted to spend it on the thing I’m trying to buy but also when I try to purchase anything it says your purchase could not be completed
