Can't connect to my Mobile wifi Hotspot ZTE

Greatings all

I recently bought a mobile hotstop ZTE. However, when I try to input the password on my iPhone XR it gives messages that my password is wrong.

I cannot seem to connect my phone to my wifi.

However, when I use other devices with the same password, I connect to the device instantly.

What could be the issue here.

Any thoughts?
