My instagram app video call is lagging and today there was an update for the app and a software update after I did the software update for instagram app is lagging on video calls but just on instagram... I restarted the phone and the internet on it and reinstalled it and still is lagging coz of the new software update IOS 15.4? Is anyone facing this?

I tried contact an app developer already...and keep report the problem everyday to instagram.
update the latest version of instagram and they never solve the problem.
Not sure is iOS15.4 bug or instagram now....so bad
The same problem laggy video calls with every app. I rebooted and reinstalled everything at least 3 times now still got the same problem. Even with the latest software update IOS 15.4.1. Could it be a hardware problem? since only a few experience this and we all use the same apps and softwares...
This is happening to me everywhere not just Instagram. It's on discord, messenger and even FaceTime
