How to connect apple tv bluetooth to iphone

for what purpose?

the phone can't act as a speaker for the appletv

bluetooth don't have enough bandwidth to stream from the phone to the appletv

airplay and remote app needs wifi

Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

and

Control Apple TV with iOS or iPadOS Control Center - Apple Support
