"Start a return" not even showing up online. Don't know how to start the process
My iMac is just under the 14 day return window and there is NO place on my order status or account where I can initiate a return.
Its 16gb isn't working for my purposes and I intend on purchasing a Mac studio instead but in two days, I won't have the 14day return window and its the weekend so I can't even reach anyone in apple support who can help me.
I have been trying to find someone to talk to and the chat isn't available either. I have NO lead on how to return this machine and there seems to be no actual support.
