I got sizzles and cracking sounds from my left and right speakers after the last update

There are sizzle and cracking sounds coming out of my speakers and it really makes me sick. I'm a person who loves working in silence so as a mac air 2017 user I had not been so mad so far . Please let me know if you guys have a way to make this off . I don't know what to do and wanna turn off my internal output temporarily and use my own headphones to listen to music. I also tried to mute output but it keeps making these sounds again. I'm so frustrated right now ...

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

If that didn’t work, get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.
