Hi, I bought two refurbished iPhones and an iPad that I was locked out of. How can I regain my products?

We're not completely sure what you mean by 'locked out of' but since you bought these devices refurbished, we can assume that you see an Activation Lock on them. If so, please have a look at this article: Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. You are strongly encouraged to not take ownership of any used iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if it's protected by Activation Lock, as Apple cannot help you remove that. We advise reaching back out to the location where you purchased them.
