This is an Apple Support Communities forum.

There is no "Settings > Apps & Notifications" on an Apple device.

There is no "Google Play Store's App Info page" on an Apple device.

Also note that there is no way to resolve the poster's original question of "Your account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. what s the solution?" without contacting Apple Support. It is a billing related issue.
