Apple is taking money out of my account for a game I haven’t played since December I have removed the game off my phone and they still taking money I just seen this on my bank statement

When you delete an app it does not cancel the subscription for the app. When you deleted the app a dialog appeared warning you to cancel the subscription, which you probably missed.
