I don't know what kind of iPad this is it's an older one I know that and it won't update to iOS 14 I wanna know what type of iPad this is first of all and second I want to know if it's even capable of updating to iOS 14 .please let me know ,thank you

That is a 4th generation iPad, which cannot run anything higher than iOS 12.5.5. It's a very old device at this point. If you need the current iPadOS versions, you need a newer, more modern iPad.
