Hey mindyprice218,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. An Apple Music subscription is required in order to stream music in the Apple Music app: Use Apple Music with your Android devices.

"Subscribe to Apple Music

Stream millions of songs. Get exclusive playlists and recommendations for music you’ll love. And listen on any device with the Apple Music app.

If you already subscribe, just sign in with your Apple ID

  1. Open the Apple Music app.
  2. If you see a trial offer, tap Sign In in the upper-right corner. Or tap the More button the More button, then tap Sign In.
  3. Enter the same Apple ID and password that you use with Apple Music.

Share an Apple Music family subscription

On your Android device, you can use Family Sharing to share and manage an Apple Music family subscription with a family group. Or you can join someone else's family group to share their subscription.

You can also try these steps which may vary depending on your Android version:

Force stop the app and restart your device. Sometimes these steps can help resolve issues.

  1. Clear the app cache, from the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Apps > Apple Music > Storage > Clear Cache.
  2. To sign out of Apple Music: open Apple Music, tap Library, tap the three dots > Account > Settings > Sign Out.
  3. Then sign back in.

If you have a subscription and still have issues playing sound through Bluetooth or headphones, you'll need to contact the manufacturer of your Android device or Bluetooth devices.

Take care.
