Hi, is there anyone knows how to connect ps5 to the new apple studio display? I tried either USB-C to digital AV daapter and directly from my mac, just nothing worked. Is that is compatablity issue? Does apple support to use studio display as a generic monitor?

There's nothing to indicate that The Apple Studio Display is compatible with a PS5.
no mac newer than 2015 can be used as a monitor for other devices, apple or otherwise
you'd have to go all the way back to a 2009 imac to maybe be able to connect a playstation to it

"Studio Display requires a Mac with a Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4 port running macOS 12.3 or later, or an iPad Pro or iPad Air with a USB-C port running iPadOS 15.4 or later.": Set up and use Apple Studio Display. Make sure the Mac is compatible with the Studio Display.
