Not getting full screen photo even after all the settings in my iPhone 13 max when someone calls

Why am I not getting full screen photo of the person who is calling me when I have already made changes in settings in my iPhone 13max ?

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

You did not say what settings.

  1. Settings, Phone, Incoming calls, Full screen
  2. Ensure you add a photo to their contact in Contacts app.
