I was charged $10 something a few months ago I didn’t know what it was for but than I found out it was for Apple Music but I don’t use that so I unsubscribed which I never subscribed in the first place now I am getting charged again this need to stop I was a refund

How do I ask for a refund? I called apple and they were trying to tell me is like some kind of hacking through cash app but I didn't trust it because they were telling me to put some random numbers in cash app so i didnt know if I called the wrong number
