Updates

I’ve updated my iPhone and the last 2 updates it has made me reset my password for Apple and deleted my payment methods, I enter the correct card number and everything needed, I get a notification from my bank saying “$0.00 paid to Apple” but it keeps saying it has been declined even though I have put all the correct information, at this stage I’m so close to going back to Samsung
