An iPhone is able to charge at 120V (USA) and 230V (Europe), you will however need a suitable plug adapter suitable for your destination.
Most of Europe uses Type C (two round pins), however, the UK uses Type G, so depending on where you are visiting in Europe, you may need different plug adapters.
