I got a new phone and number it made me make a new account can you help me with the ole one please

It should not have made you create a new account unless you had no other devices to receive two factor authentication codes.
If that is the case then you will need apple's help
and/or
Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
If you have other device on your Apple account to receive the codes, or if you still have the old active SIM to put in, then reset the new phone to factory settigs and start again using your old account.
Settings, general, Transfer or Reset iphone, Erase all content and settings.
