Phishing text on iPhone with one of my icons

I got a phishing text on my phone that displayed an icon associated with two phone numbers in my contacts. Does this indicate that someone has guessed my Apple ID name and password? Should I change my Apple ID password? I did not select the link in the text and marked is as junk.

iPhone 11, iOS 15

You should activate 2 Factor Authentication to protect your Apple ID if you haven't done so.

Note: Create at least 2 trusted phone number to be sure (note: landline can also be used)
