My iPad Safari always show a website

How to fix this problem, when I open any link the safari always direct to this website.

Websites not loading on iPad using Safari Home Depot, Washington Post and other common websites won’t fully load on my iPad 8th generation using Safari. (Home Depot even has an alert saying it’s “not compatible with this browser.”.) This happens every time I try to use these sites, even after restarting my iPad, clearing website data, connecting via cellular or WiFi and other suggestions made here. This is a relatively new iPad, running IOS 14.8. It’s very frustrating having to switch to Chrome.

ipad 4th gen. I have one website that is difficult to login and search throughout the website. Every time I try to login to The Oxford Club my Ipad 4 takes forever or it times out or tells me Safari can’t connect to this site. I get the same thing using Chrome. I don’t have any problem with any other website.

Try to follow these instructions:--> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. When done, restart your iPad and test it.
