Clear my app store apple account cents
I just purchased something from apple store but there are some cents left. Without removing the cents i can't change my region. Apple pls help me to remove those app store apple account cents.

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
