How do I reset an AirTag that I don’t have a Apple ID to and apply it to my Apple ID

AirTag won’t reset my AirTag is still paired with an Apple ID that no longer exists. The email and phone that were linked to it have been deleted. It was an apple ID for work. Now when I try to reset it it says it’s still paired with another account

If the AirTag was set up using a different Apple ID you'll need to remove it from that ID first.
