Videos not sending

Hi,

I'm having trouble sending videos in messages. It just has the blue bar at the top forever and then eventually it says failed to send.

I've tried sending them as text messages, I've turned iMessage on and off, and force restarted my phone multiple times. They won't send on cellular data or wifi and I've tried multiple wifi networks. I have an iPhone 13 and it literally says 5G ultra wideband at the top, with all the bars, but it's still not working. The videos won't send from my MacBook either.

I can't even get a video to download from iCloud in order to send it as an email, it just downloads halfway and then stops. In order to send a video to someone, I had to go on the photo app on my computer, find the video, open it in QuickTime, save it to my desktop, and then email it as an attachment.

I don't know if this is related, but videos on Snapchat are taking 10x as long to save and Instagram stories has been failing over and over.

A couple of days before this I was sending videos with no problem, even multiple videos at once were sending so easily. I have plenty of storage on my phone, and plenty of storage in iCloud, so I genuinely don't know what the problem is at this point. I usually search for an answer on here before contacting support, so hopefully, someone can come up with something.

I've tried all the recommended things on Apple Discussions, if anyone has any ideas that would be great.
