Parallels and bootcamp on M1 Macbook Pros

Is it safe to use either of these on an m1 macbook? If it is safe then which one would be of better use for the m1. Also, will there be any side affects if I were to download any of these? Thank you~

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Within the constraints noted by Rudegar, it costs nothing to give Parallels a try. You have a trial 14-day version. Select "New" and you see the following:

Select "Get Windows 11 from Microsoft" and you have an installer helper that checks the configuration of your system (Secure Boot and TPM are emulated by Parallels). It downloads the retail version of Windows 11 ARM that has been available since the 30th November 2021 (i.e. 22000.318.211104-1236.co_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_A64FRE_en-us.iso). Microsoft will activate this if you have a Windows 11 key, though I would make sure you are completely happy that everything works before you do this. If you like it, shop around for the key, as contributors here have suggested that the following message is invalid on a Mac:

Even so, it has worked well for me since last November, for want of anything better.
