Sending system data to apple - not working...

Hey guys!

I have a (maybe silly) question about sending data to Apple willingly. When I go to the Apple logo//about this computer//system information//send system data to Apple. I get a message about some network problems. Is there anyone who knows how I can solve this issue, that has had a similar experience?
