I have a (maybe silly) question about sending data to Apple willingly. When I go to the Apple logo//about this computer//system information//send system data to Apple. I get a message about some network problems. Is there anyone who knows how I can solve this issue, that has had a similar experience?

It sounds like you just need to be patient and wait a bit. Net congestion and/or a busy server may slow things down.
Sending your data to Apple doesn't affect the local operation of your Mac. If Apple can't receive the data, they will eventually adjust their system and all will be good in the Apple Orchard
