I have just been locked out of my Iphone I am on holiday in Ireland I really need to get back into my phone. screen says "Iphone disabled connect to Itunes

Start here: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support. Unless you have a recent iCloud backup, you will lose all of your data. Since you are away from home, I doubt you have a computer backup.
