It's a really bad idea to post your email address/ID, phone number and date of birth in a public forum, even in an image - it's an invitation to spam and a serious security risk - and I've asked the Hosts to remove the image.
It's not clear from Apple's documentation whether you can change an email address Apple ID to a phone number one, and you may not be able to do this. The relevant information is at Use your mobile phone number as your Apple ID - Apple Support
If you find you can't do this you could ask Support whether it's possible: https://getsupport.apple.com
