I recently upgraded my phone from an iPhone 8 to a new iPhone 13 pro and my health and fitness data didn’t transfer. I’ve started the iCloud backup and would like to know how to refresh that data to my new device once it has completed the backup.

Hello JohnnyD22,

Once that iCloud backup finishes, you should be able to restore the backup with the included Health data. You will have to restore the new iPhone 13 Pro to restore the backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Kind regards.
