hey guys just got the new iPhone 13 pro max.
Upgraded from my XS max but my apple keychain password did not transfer yes my keychain is on
I've read online to log in and out until they appear is there a better way

Did you read what I posted above? Go to Settings and on the Settings page, open Passwords (not from the iCloud turn on/off page) and your passwords should be there.
The turn on/off button in Settings > Your Name, Apple ID, etc, > iCloud simply turns passwords on and off. The passwords themselves are seen in Settings > Passwords
Then I would recommend you contact Apple Support. Since this is a new iPhone, you have up to 90 days of free technical support (2 years if you purchased an AppleCare+ Plan) so you can call Apple directly in the US at 800-MY-APPLE or use the Get Support button at the top of this page.
OK. In Settings > Scan down to Passwords, just above Email. Tap there and your passwords you've stored in Keychain are there.
You're welcome. I have to wonder if you had Keychain turned on on the previous iPhone for passwords to have transferred over to the new phone? In other words, if it was off on the old phone, it would not have transferred to the new phone.
When you go to Settings > Your Name, Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases and tap iCloud, then Keychain, are you saying none of your Keychain passwords are there?
no password saved in passwords keychain. this happened to me on xs max when I had to reset to fix a software issue at apple store just don't remember the steps I randomly did restore them back.
Unless i need to reset again and log in
i can access keychain on on iPhone it only gives me the turn on turn off? same on xs max
its never given it to me
yes I did. No passwords pop up on settings>passwords
