Change keyboard from Iso to Ansi

Hello, I would like to know if it’s possible to change ISO to ANSI without changing keyboards themselves. I want an ansi Russian and I can only get it if I use phonetic russian which rearranges every other key in a stupid way. I came from an older iPad with a smaller keyboard which had a universal layout and now short shift and this weird tall enter make it a pain to type on, especially that I have both ansi English on my iPad and macbook

Just to clarify, it's the screen keyboard that you want to have displayed in the ANSI format, right?

I doubt this is possible. Apple only sells ISO format Russian keyboards, and they probably want to mirror that where the size of the device permits.

You might check the App Store and see if there's an alternative Russian keyboard. Try GBoard. The Keyman app is worth checking too.
