Monterey and E-Mail

Since upgrading to Monterey. my e-mail is delivered with question marks in the body and a box with "Load Content Directly" in it. How do I load content directly?

In the Mail app, go to Preferences (CMD + comma) then click on the right most Privacy button on the toolbar. Uncheck all the boxes. These new features are great for protecting your privacy but they break a lot of (HTML) emails that contain pictures.
