Here is ➡️ How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support
Here is how to ➡️ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
Diagnostics may or may not find transient errors, and Wi-Fi errors can be failed hardware, or a problem with the Wi-Fimrouter, or Wi-Fi interference, or a problem or corruption of settings within macOS.

First, run Diagnostics, as was linked above.
Then re-install macOS, as was linked.
We can’t get further into troubleshooting with a corrupt install.
Or contact and make an appointment with Apple Support, and have them sort this out.
