My watch was off for a long time 2 years and working fine . I decide to start using it and charged it . Now it’s only showing an Apple blinking will not turn on . How do I fix this ?

To get it out of its boot loop, first force restart the iPhone it is paired to. Then, press the Digital Crown and side button at the same time for 10 seconds. This should end its boot loop.
