Change menu bar language from Spanish to English

I changed the language of my Mac to Spanish recently and have just changed it back to English, my Mac is mostly in English when I'm on safari etc... but when I'm on finder the menu bar is still Spanish???

Changes to language will apply when you start a new application.

Restart your mac for changes to take effect across the whole system.
