Apple Watch is lost

my Apple Watch is lost in my home but when I use “Find My” app the sound won’t work and I cant unpair and then pair it again to try n fix the problem because it’s battery is dead AND I CANT FIND IT , and it does ping in my home

AT&T are wrong.


No power means no radio communications, and no local computing to pass your request around, and no location data available from the radios, and means no noise can be generated from the speaker, as all of those tasks require power.

No, the information that AT&T support gave you is not true. If the battery is completely dead on the iPhone then nothing will work on the watch. You can use Find My and see the last place the Watch was located before it lost power. I would suggest you contact AppleCare regarding this type of question rather than AT&T support as they know much more about the Watch.
