Storage

I upgraded to iCloud+ because I kept getting a message that I didn’t have enough storage to take pictures/videos or install apps. I thought that would solve the problem, but I’m still getting the message. Can someone help?

You can’t add physical storage to the device like you can with a computer. You are limited to the storage space that was on the phone when you bought it.

Take a look at this for some suggestions on how to make the most of the space on your phone.

The message that you are getting means that you don’t have enough physical space on the phone itself. Having more iCloud storage does not help in your situation. You will need to delete content on the phone in order to regain some storage space.

You should read or reread this for some insight and help.
