Bluetooth Pairing with unknown device

My Bluetooth, by default connects to an unknown device with a long serial code. I cannot “un”connect as there is no i for me to access the pairing. This is only happening in my home. How can I clean out all of my devices and start over? Do I need clean my phone out entirely?

Hello there Skiwalkker,

Thanks for posting here on the Apple Support Communities! This is a place where other Apple users can submit questions or respond to others to help lend a hand. Let's take a closer look as we do our best to provide some additional insight.

To get started, you can try reseting your iPhone's Network Settings. You can do this in iOS 15 by going to Settings > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be sure to note this will also remove all saved Wi-Fi passcodes and additional information mentioned here in step 7: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network

"Reset your Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before."

We hope this helps get you pointed in the right direction.

Take care.
