Can’t redeem Apple TV+ 3month free

I bought a new macbook air 2 days ago. A notification came in after I signed in my Apple ID acc… That’s i got an offer of 3 months free for Buying a new Mac … so I try to redeem by pressing the notification message but I can’t get 3 months free in reality because I don’t have any apple card!!! So how can I redeem this without adding apple card??? Help me please ????
