Apple Watch series 3 boot loop

I place my series 3 Apple Watch on charger and the Apple logo comes on than goes off. It does this rotation the whole time it is on charge. No lightening bolt appears

Apple watch I suddenly cannot swipe up or down on my Apple Watch to access torch etc. It’s working fine but it’s almost like it’s frozen when I try and swipe… I’ve tried looking through app on my phone but cannot find why …. Apple Watch keeps unpairing during initial set up I just purchased a new Apple watch series 8 and began to pair it with my iPhone 12. I got past where it is paired and I tell it which wrist I wear the watch on, and it began doing something else that would take a few minutes and then it starts to unpair. It has done this several times, and I'm not sure what to do. I've shut down each and restarted, but still does the same thing. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Are you using the Apple charging puck or is it a third party puck?
