I have a MacBook Air running 12.2.1 Monterey and have noticed the only mailbox I have is my inbox, no Sent, Archived, or other boxes. Not sure how long it's been that way but I did recently upgrade the operating system to Monterey.

While using the Mail application, click View > Hide Mailbox List.

Once that issue is sorted " I have a MacBook Air running 12.2.1 " suggest updating to current version 12.3
Perform a Time Machine Backup before attempting the update is good practice
Email boxes are gone.
