When will I receive the approved refund

Thursday 3/24, I sent a request to refund a subscription I hit under the impression of a much lower price, so I canceled it within hours the same day. The have approved my refund request and say they’ve sent it back, yet I haven’t received it. How long will it take to get my money back?
