My Apple Watch series 6 rose gold 44mm is lost/stolen/misplaced and apple care + doesn’t cover it? How can I go about filing a claim to get another one?

There wouldn’t be any claims to file with a Apple. If it’s a cellular model Watch you can check with your carrier, otherwise you’d just be buying a new one.
