Setup icloud for windows 11

I am having an issue with the iCloud setup for Windows 11 - connecting to my Office 365 account. Until recently, it was working fine and then I got an incorrect password message on the widget in Outlook. In trying to reconnect I removed the Outlook integration from iCloud Settings but on trying to reconnect I keep getting the password incorrect error. iCloud asks me to sign out and sign in again, which I do, but it has no impact.

I have uninstalled Office 365 and iCloud for Windows and have tried again - no joy!

I have changed the passwords for my Office 365 account - and therefore Outlook - and my Apple account - and therefore iCloud - and this has also had no impact.

I have contacted Apple Support who told me that as I don't have an issue logging into iCloud that I should contact Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft support and the weren't able to help me as it looks as if everything is correct and this should work - but it isn't.

I use the iCloud integration to Outlook to manage our family calendar which is accessible by everyone. Not having it sync to my outlook account on my Windows 11 laptop is really frustrating - it used to work just fine - so I am hoping that someone can help me to resolve this.

Thanks!

This is the error message I am seeing. I don't know which password it is complaining about. As I mentioned, I have reset my O365 and Apple ID passwords and can log into both of these just fine. The error message is within the iCloud Settings dialogue - which you have to log in to - so I am not sure what I do to resolve this??
