Hello, i want a refund for some purchases i made coz I didn’t get what i was supposed to in that app but apple have put good purchases with bad ones in my billing info. I have about 8 purchases all in one code and need a refund on 3 of them. What do i do?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

The report a problem link still refers to all the purchases there as one code.
I can’t ask for a refund for all those purchases coz some of them i got and some of them I didn’t get.
the second link still sends me to ask for a refund the normal way. As I explained, some times apple gather purchases together on the same purchase code.
what do i do?
