The iTunes Store appears to be broken

The iTunes Store appears to be broken for those without an Apple Music subscription.


In another thread there's the answer to search like this:


I don't have those three options in the top right. I only have search on the left. Whilst I can still click on iTunes in the left menu, I just get to the front page of the iTunes Store and have no means to search it.

They didn't forget. I don't subscribe to Apple Music and it does work for me. One person who recently had the same issue found that it was because the area at the right of the screen was covered by the lyrics option; playing next will also hide that area. If either of those is on, go to View Menu and click Hide Lyrics or Hide Playing Next.

If none of the above helps, there is a Get Support link at the top right of this page to contact Apple support.
