You may have two computers now which are signed in and authorised, but have you had any in the past which you no longer have but did not sign out of the iTunes store?
The cumulative number of computers you have signed in seems to be five, regardless of how many you have in your possession.

Just a guess, have you authorized Apple TV on other devices such as iPhones, iPads, previously owned Macs?
