Why I don't have the newest iphone emoji even tho I updated my phone

If you updated to iOS 15.4, then you should see the new emoji. Take the time to search the emoji to see. Open an iMessage, then tap on the emoji button. Then tap on the Search Emoji text bar and type in the description of one of the new emoji. The battery is one I can remember off the top of my head. When you type battery, it should appear below the search bar.
