The Control Center for my Apple Watch SE is not working this morning. I swipe up on the main screen and nothing happens. I can still swipe side to side on the main screen and up and down when I'm reading email and such. With my iPhone, I would do a restart, but I do not know how to do that on my Apple Watch. How did this happen? How can I fix this? Any ideas/recommendations? Thank you!

To reset the Watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The Watch will reboot. Try after unlocking. Control Center should work.
