You can only obtain a PUK code from the carrier who issued the SIM.

Are you sure you need a PUK? (you’ll also generally need a PIN too … the PUK is generally used to “reset” from too many wrong PIN entries)

From your SIM provider.

So e show it on the SIM packaging.

Contact your cell service provider.
