Use the same AppleID on all 3 devices.

Not all apps that are available for iPhone are available

for iPAd and vice versa.

What versions of iOS and iPadOS are currently running

on the devices? What apps are not syncing?

If there is an error message, what is the exact

complete text of that error message?
